Concierge Therapy is designed for those desiring a more exclusive service that is individualized to the client’s schedule and needs, and is not dictated by insurance requirements. In addition, the client may require sessions outside of normal workday hours, weekend hours, or last minute scheduling. Text and phone sessions may also be included.

Yes! And I wouldn’t have it any other way! Most therapists offer a brief 15-minute consultation but I do not believe that 15 minutes allows enough time to determine if we’re a good fit, therefore I offer 45-60 minute consultations. I firmly believe that both client and therapist should be aligned when deciding to work together.

Consultations take place virtually or via phone.

My work is designed for people who value clarity, discretion, and results. Sessions are intentional and rooted in common sense rather than strictly textbook theory. We address real-world challenges directly and focus on meaningful progress, not endless analysis. Therapy-speak and psychological jargon-free. My clients report not feeling the dread of coming to their sessions, but actually enjoy the process of self-discovery.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes.

Couples and Collectives are 90 minutes.

Fees are due at the time of the session and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

To provide the utmost care toward client confidentiality, I do not contract with any insurance company. As such, I also do not provide an official diagnosis nor Superbill.

I offer both In Person and Virtual appointments. My office is located in Santa Monica.

Depending on the client’s needs, I also offer Coffee Talk and Walk. We grab a cup of coffee, walk, and talk.

Collectives are a group experience whereby individuals come together for guidance, empowerment, and to move through challenging times without facing judgement from others as the members forge their way toward new beginnings. All Collectives are currently held virtually and are a 6-Week series. Collectives are also intended to foster community.
